For those, who has been expecting annual issue with the world-famous naked models, perfectly retouched, this year Pirelly calendar was a big surprise. Ok, not so surprisingly, because Pirelly claimed to do it differently for 2016.
Star photographer, Annie Leibovitz shot strong power women with inspiring careers like Serena Williams, Amy Schumer & Yoko Ono in black & white. And, not completely naked.
We love the idea! In times of omni-presense of super models nakedness & body shaming it is a strong message for all women.
” We are real! We are not perfect” or better to say “perfectly imperfect”!
